Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Department: Research & Innovation (R&I) – Regulatory Affairs
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
Experience: 2-5 years in Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration, or Compliance
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance & Product Registration
- Develop and execute regulatory strategies for product registration in India.
- Lead GMP & Manufacturing license renewals for the Baddi plant.
- Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations for both imported and locally manufactured products.
2. Regulatory Documentation & Submissions
- Manage all license applications, change control, and dossier readiness.
- Review artworks, specifications, and product formulations to align with regulatory norms.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as per government guidelines.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with Marketing, Legal, R&D, and Manufacturing teams.
- Provide training on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with regulatory authorities & industry bodies like IBHA for compliance updates.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Must-Have Skills:
✔ Regulatory Affairs Expertise: Strong understanding of Indian cosmetic regulations.
✔ Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to resolve compliance-related challenges.
✔ Communication & Collaboration: Work effectively across multiple teams & stakeholders.
✔ Regulatory Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging regulations & compliance trends.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree (M.Pharm) or additional certification in Regulatory Affairs
- Experience with Medical Device Regulations
- Previous experience in cosmetic or pharmaceutical regulatory roles
