Job Overview

• Position: Officer – Quality Assurance (IPQA)
• Department: Quality Assurance
• Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
• Qualification: M.Sc. / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Line Clearance procedures at different stages of manufacturing and packaging.
• Collaborate with area supervisors to maintain cGMP-compliant housekeeping in the manufacturing area.
• Ensure product specifications align with the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
• Report any deviations or unusual observations to the production manager for prompt action.
• Implement and verify Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) before moving to the next production stage.
• Monitor environmental conditions to maintain optimal storage, manufacturing, and packaging environments.
• Maintain real-time documentation of all manufacturing and packaging records.
• Ensure accurate product reconciliation during manufacturing and packing processes
