Job Description:
As a Production Chemist at Jubilant Ingrevia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the plant during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the plant in accordance with SOPs and BPRs.
- Operating and cleaning equipment as per SOPs.
- Coordinating with area section chemists for various tasks, including charging of raw materials and providing technical support.
- Monitoring the environment conditions in the clean area.
- Maintaining daily filling of online documents such as BPRs, ECRs, and logbook formats.
- Adhering strictly to safety permit systems.
- Performing packing and labeling activities as per SOPs for finished goods or semi-finished goods.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, M.Sc. in Chemistry, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in API/Pharma Company.
Key Competencies:
- Operating knowledge of API/Pharma processes.
- Adherence to quality and safety norms.
- Knowledge of DCS-based plant operation.
- Material handling expertise, especially with toxic or hazardous substances.
