    Job Overview

    Position Titles: Senior Executive – Regulatory Affairs

    Assistant Manager – Regulatory Affairs

    Department: Regulatory Affairs

    Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

    Markets Handled: Canada and Australia

    Key Responsibilities

    • Compile, review, and ensure timely submission of Abbreviated New Drug Submissions (ANDS) in accordance with Health Canada requirements.
    • Coordinate and submit response packages for regulatory deficiencies raised by Health Canada.
    • Collaborate with Analytical Development and Formulation Development teams during product development to align documentation per current Health Canada (HC) and TGA standards.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure training compliance for regulatory best practices.
    • Provide support for any additional regulatory activities as assigned by the leadership team

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm

    Experience Range: 3 to 8 years in Regulatory Affairs (pharma industry)
