Job Title – Patient Recruitment Specialist
Job Location-Homebased, India.

➡ 3+Years of relevant experience project management
➡ Expertise in Clinical Project management, Client Management, Data Management & Site Management
➡ Experience in working for Global Market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 03+ years of prior relevant experience, including >1 year of project management experience
• Knowledge of clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in managing project finances and vendor relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and cultures

Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical trial delivery and project management activities
• Develop integrated study management plans and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Manage project risks, finances, and change control processes
• Ensure project quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
