About the Department & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), and manage Market Complaints activities.
- Utilize analytical expertise with a focus on Quality Management System (QMS), Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and HPLC Software review.
Quality Control (QC):
- Conduct Analytical Method Validation (AMV) for various pharmaceutical products, including OSD (Tablet, Capsule, Coating).
- Proficiently handle instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution, GC, IR, UV, QC QMS, and Material testing.
QC- Microbiology:
- Execute sampling of water, media preparation, and GPT Testing.
- Conduct Sterility Testing and Environment monitoring.
