Jr Materiovigilance Associate – Ghaziabad & AIIMS-Rishikesh
Company Name: Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC)

Number of Posts: 03 (Ghaziabad), 01 (AIIMS-Rishikesh)
Required Education: Graduation in Biomedical Engineering/Clinical Engineering OR Master’s in Pharmacy/Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Experience Required: 0–1 year in Medical Device Industry, Post Market Surveillance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Management System
Location: Ghaziabad (Sector-23, Raj Nagar) and AIIMS-Rishikesh
Key Responsibilities
Adverse Event Management: Collect, collate, and analyze adverse events related to medical devices.
Risk Planning: Identify and minimize risks associated with medical device adverse events.
Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority as required
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years (relaxation at the discretion of the competent authority)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Biomedical Engineering/Clinical Engineering OR Master’s in Pharmacy/PharmD
Experience: Minimum 0–1 year in relevant fields (medical devices, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, etc.)
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of computers

Experience certificates (if applicable)

01 passport-size photograph
Aadhar card (original)
One set of copies of all original documents

Contract Terms & General Instructions
Tenure: 1 year (contract may be terminated earlier if performance is unsatisfactory)
Salary: ₹32,000 per month
Interview Venue: Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ghaziabad
Interview Date: 13 June 2025 (report by 9:00 AM)
No TA/DA: No travel or accommodation allowance will be provided for the interview
Authority’s Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies and reject/select applications without assigning reasons
Selection Process: Selected candidates will be informed by the authorized manpower agency
