Job Description

As a Site Services Specialist I at ICON, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to Investigator Sites, Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and Sponsors. Your responsibilities include addressing protocol requirements, resolving issues related to subject visits, and performing database updates. About the Department & Responsibilities

The role involves working in a call center environment, ensuring compliance with protocol and laboratory SOPs. You will collaborate with Sponsors, Investigators, and CRAs, making minor database updates and ordering supplies for sites. Other relevant tasks assigned by management will contribute to streamlining processes.
