Job Description:

Hetero is looking for highly skilled professionals in Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) with experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations. The role involves analytical method development, validation, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Method Development & Validation – Develop and validate analytical methods for OSD formulations using HPLC, UPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
• Stability Studies – Conduct stability testing as per ICH guidelines, ensuring product quality and compliance.
• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain GMP & GLP-compliant documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Troubleshooting & Data Interpretation – Identify and resolve analytical challenges to ensure consistent product quality.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Analysis).
• Experience: 1-4 years in analytical research, preferably in OSD formulations.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in HPLC, UPLC, GC, dissolution, spectroscopy, and regulatory documentation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
