Production – USP (Upstream Processing) & DSP (Downstream Processing)
Work Location: Jadcherla, Hyderabad
Educational Qualification:
- MSc. / B.Tech. / BSc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or any Life Sciences background
Experience Required:
- 3–10 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Specialist at Hetero Biopharma, you will:
- Operate single-use bioreactors, CO₂ shaker incubators, and biosafety units for mammalian cell culture in aseptic conditions.
- Manage processes such as chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF), nanofiltration, sterile filtration, and column packing.
- Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and oversee process and cleaning validations.
- Handle QMS elements like change control, deviations, risk assessments, and CAPA implementations.
- Work collaboratively to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
