Job Description

As an HCC Coder at Skywaves Software Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate medical coding and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and Analyzing Medical Records: Assign appropriate HCC codes by meticulously reviewing patient medical records.
• Ensuring Coding Compliance: Adhere to federal regulations and coding guidelines to ensure proper reimbursement and compliance.
• Collaborating with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses and ensure accurate coding.
