Granules is seeking skilled professionals for various production roles within the OSD department. Detailed requirements and qualifications for each position are provided below:

1. Granulation/Wurster Coating

• Position: Operator / Executive / AM
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, D Pharm, BSc, B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc
• Experience: 1-8 years
• Machine Knowledge: RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster Coating, Roll Compactor

2. Compression

• Position: Operator / Executive / AM
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, D Pharm, BSc, B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc
• Experience: 1-8 years
• Machine Knowledge: Hata, Fette, Korsch, Killian, Cadmach

3. Coating

• Position: Operator / Executive / AM
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, D Pharm, BSc, B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc
• Experience: 1-8 years
• Machine Knowledge: Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, Bectochem

4. Bottle/Blister Packing

• Position: Operator / Executive / AM
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, D Pharm, BSc, B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc
• Experience: 1-8 years
• Machine Knowledge: Blister Cartonator, Uhlmann, BQS, IMA PG Bottle-CVC, Pharmapack, Countec, Labeling

5. Capsule Inspection/Filling

• Position: Operator / Executive / AM
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, D Pharm, BSc, B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc
• Experience: 1-8 years
• Machine Knowledge: AF90T, AF150T, ZRO 200, TTS, Hartnett Printing, Band Sealing, ACG Capsule Checkweighers, Sensum

6. QMS – Production

• Position: Executive / AM
• Qualification: B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc
• Experience: 4-8 years
• Skills Required: Expertise in QMS and investigation activities

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

• Experience: Only candidates with OSD formulation experience are eligible for these roles.
• Shift Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Current Employees in Technical Contract Services: Professionals currently employed in technical contract services with relevant formulation production experience are also welcome to attend.
