Job Role Overview
As a Management Trainee in Regulatory Affairs, you will:
- Ensure global regulatory oversight of assigned products.
- Participate in product-specific cross-functional teams representing Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA).
- Develop regulatory strategies to maintain global product registrations.
- Manage lifecycle submissions such as Variations, PSURs, and Risk Management Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review regulatory documents according to international standards.
- Coordinate with local country representatives for package submissions.
- Oversee activities related to line extensions, renewals, and marketing authorization transfers.
- Provide guidance on compliance with global regulatory requirements and competitor trends.
- Support audits and inspections, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related fields (advanced degrees preferred).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior exposure to regulatory affairs is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
