Job Overview
Position: Bioinformatics Machine Learning Scientist
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Qualification: MSc or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiome data analysis using NGS datasets.
- Develop, optimize, and implement bioinformatics pipelines.
- Apply machine learning models to genomic and microbiome datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven insights.
- Document analysis, present findings, and publish reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (for MSc) or relevant post-doc work (for Ph.D.).
