ADL Documentation

Job position: Senior Officer / Executive

Department: Analytical Development – RD

Qualification: BSc, B Pharmacy, Msc, M Pharmacy in any Specialization

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities

• Preparation of new and revision of existing Specifications
• Standard Test Procedure and Record of Analysis for Finished Products as per the requirement for RD.
• Preparation, Numbering, Revision, Issuance and Control of ARD documents like Method of Analysis, etc.
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and approval of new and Revision of existing Specifications, Standard Test Procedure and Record of Analysis for Finished Products.
• To assist Analytical Research Development team in the day-to-day functioning of the Analytical Development Laboratory.
• To initiate and manage change control related to documents like Specification, STP and ROA preparation.
• Maintenance of good laboratory practice and cleanliness in laboratory.
• To update (self) with latest cGMP / GLP / Regulatory requirements.
• Conduct all the operations in Analytical Research Development Laboratory as in line with the established procedures.
• Any Other Duties As Per Organizational Requirements.

Microbiology

Job Responsibilities

• Daily Observation of Incubator/refrigerator, Room temp humidity, differential pressure of all micro area.
• Environments monitoring of sterile and non-sterile area.
• Media preparation, sterilization and growth promotion test.
• Sterility Test MLT testing.
• Bacterial endotoxin test.
• Microbial limit test.
• Antibiotic assay.
• Culture handling maintenance.
• Disposal of used and contaminated culture media.
• Loading Pattern of vertical and horizontal Autoclave.
• Preparation of trend data of water analysis and environment monitoring with summary report.
• Indent of materials of microbiology department. Review of house keeping records.
• Disinfectant preparation record review.
• Any other duties as per organizational requirements.
