Job Overview

- Work Hours: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately assign ICD-10-CM codes for HCC using medical records.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CMS regulations.
- Extract relevant clinical data from patient charts.
- Work with internal QA and team leads to resolve coding discrepancies.
- Participate in audits and apply feedback to maintain coding quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Education & Certifications:
- CPC, CRC, or equivalent certification preferred
- Candidates trained in medical coding without certification may also apply
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
- Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years in medical coding (freshers welcome)
