• Position: Clinical Trial Assistant
• Locations: Mumbai, India; New Delhi
• Time Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: As a Clinical Trial Assistant at Fortrea, your responsibilities will include:

• Documenting and tracking study activities using relevant forms and tools.
• Assisting in the preparation of study and site-specific materials.
• Completing minute-taking and documentation for sponsor/external or internal teleconferences.
• Maintaining tracking systems for study supplies and project directories.
• Providing support for Investigator Meetings and project teams.
• Maintaining Trial Master File documentation and participating in quality control.
• Coordinating study supply shipments and generating reports as needed.
• Liaising with vendors, coordinating study logistics, and handling general communications.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associate degree in a related field.
• Candidates with 1-2 or more years of relevant Clinical Research experience may also be considered.
• Minimum one year of administrative experience or equivalent training.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
