Key Responsibilities

As an Executive – Quality APQR (Annual Product Quality Review), you will be responsible for:

Compilation & Documentation

• Collect, analyze, and summarize APQR data in accordance with SOPs.
• Prepare documentation including: Manufacturing overview, batch release data, changes in API/excipients, validation and qualification summaries, and complaint/stability analysis.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Summarize trends from LIMS and other systems.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of APQR reports for review and approval.
• Maintain tracking systems for APQR assignments.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Coordinate with QA Product Review leads.
• Assist in SOP updates and revisions.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, SOPs, and international regulatory standards.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Pharma / Life Sciences / Chemistry)
• Experience: 3–6 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Quality Assurance

Skills Required

• In-depth knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines
• SAP proficiency for Product Review processes
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Capability to work independently and within teams
