Encube Ethicals Hiring Research Scientist – F&D (R&D)

Encube Ethicals is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as a Research Scientist in the F&D (R&D) Department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in Pharmaceutics to contribute to innovative pharmaceutical research and development.

Job Description:

As a Research Scientist at Encube Ethicals, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling ANDA products and domestic products.
• Executing product development activities.
• Routine calibration of instruments/equipment as per schedule.
• Planning and approval of weekly/monthly activities.
• Writing, reviewing, and executing SOPs.
• Compiling PDRs (Product Development Reports) for projects.
• Providing periodic reports on R&D development projects.
• Maintaining laboratory notebooks and conducting patent & literature searches.
• Collaborating with Analytical Development, Purchase, Accounts, Operation, Project Management, and Business Development teams for project execution.
• Execution activities at plant locations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Basic knowledge of ICH guidelines.
• Data interpretation and conclusion skills.
• Awareness of current cGMP practices, GMP & GLP.
• Interest in Topical dosage forms.
• Logical thinking and basic knowledge of formulation and development of Topical dosage forms.
• Familiarity with current USFDA requirements and skills required for compliance.
• Troubleshooting during product development and batch execution.

Qualifications:

• Degree: M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
• Experience: 1 to 3 years
• Location: Andheri (Marol), Mumbai
