Open Positions at Dr. Reddy’s

1. Manufacturing – Injectable Production

• Experience: 2-6 years
• Qualification: Diploma or B Tech in Engineering (minimum 60% score)
• Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling filling equipment and aseptic processing
  • Familiarity with USFDA regulatory requirements for injectable products

2. Engineering – Process and Utility Maintenance

• Experience: 4-8 years
• Qualification: Diploma or B Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (minimum 60% score)
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance of manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, and lyophilization equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on utility systems, water systems, and process control instrumentation
  • Work with automation systems in the manufacturing and filling areas
• Key Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with utility and automation systems
  • Electrical 33KV license and familiarity with process area maintenance

3. Quality Control – Wet Analysis & Instrumentation

• Experience: 3-8 years
• Qualification: MSc in a relevant field (minimum 60% score)
• Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments
  • Experience in a cGMP environment with a focus on Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
