Position Title

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Job Description

DPSRU invites applications for one (1) JRF position dedicated to the research project, “Novel Indigenous Fatty Acid Based Brain Targeted Nano Formulation of Ligustilide for Postpartum Depression.” The successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary/contractual basis, aligning with the 36-month duration of the project.

Responsibilities

Conduct cutting-edge research in the development of a brain-targeted nano formulation.
Collaborate with the Principal Investigator, Dr. Devesh Tewari.
Ensure compliance with project objectives and timelines.
Disseminate research findings through publications and conference presentations.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Essential: First class in M.Pharm/M.S. Pharm. The candidates should have a first-class bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm).
Desirable: GPAT/GATE/NET qualified, industrial experience, expertise in nanoformulation development, and animal handling with a proven record from SCI research publication as the first author.
Upper Age limit: 28 years (relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped/Female candidates).
