Business Development Officer, Executive, AM, Manager

Experience: 0 to 10 years
Qualification: MBA with B Pharma
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Purpose: Business Development and Sales in Pharmaceutical Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business performance and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MBA with a background in B Pharma.
• Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Drug Regulatory Officer, Executive, AM

Experience: 1 to 7 years
Qualification: B Pharma, M Pharma
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Purpose: Regulatory Compliance and Drug Registration

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare and submit regulatory submissions and applications for product registration.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and agencies to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and advise on implications for product development and marketing.
• Conduct regulatory assessments and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Provide regulatory guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation and records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B Pharma or M Pharma degree.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures in Africa, Latam, CIS, and Gulf countries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
