Position: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Experience: 2-4 years of BA-BE experience
Qualification: MSc, B. Pharm, M. Pharm

Key Responsibilities:
Study Execution
- Execute assigned BA/BE studies according to SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and compile essential documents in the Trial Master File.
- Review Case Report Forms (CRFs) and raw data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure document accountability and review for adequacy, correctness, and completeness.
Clinical Operations
- Prepare clinical updates and related communication for bioanalytical and statistical teams.
- Provide compliance to QC and QA observations.
- Present informed consent information and obtain consent during screening and study phases.
- Perform registration and screening-related activities.
Training and Documentation
- Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train staff as needed to ensure compliance with clinical research standards.
- Perform pharmacy-related activities as required.
- Carry out additional tasks delegated by the Head of Clinical Research, Principal Investigator, or Manager of Operations.
Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible for the Clinical Research Associate position, candidates should possess:
- Educational Background: MSc, B. Pharm, or M. Pharm degree.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in BA-BE studies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
