Walk-In Interview Details

• Date: August 25, 2024 (Sunday)
• Time: 9:00 AM onwards

• Job Location: Cipla Manufacturing Plant, Indore

Available Positions and Requirements

1. Production – Officer/Operator

• Role:
  • Manage documentation for pharma production.
  • Perform online entry of Batch Production Records (BPR).
  • Operate Autoclave, Filter Integrity, Clean-In-Place (CIP), and Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) systems.
  • Execute batch manufacturing activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring data integrity.
• Qualifications:
  • B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, B Tech, DME, DEE.
• Experience:
  • 1-5 years in sterile production, with exposure to regulatory approved environments (USFDA, MHRA, EU).

2. Quality Control (QC) – Analyst

• Role:
  • Conduct HPLC Analysis, prepare samples, and manage RM, Stability, and Finished Product testing.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment such as FTIR, KF, and Potentiometer.
• Qualifications:
  • MSc in Chemistry.
• Experience:
  • 1-8 years in QC, preferably within a regulated pharma environment.

3. Quality Assurance (QA) – Jr Team Member/Team Member

• Role:
  • Oversee Quality Management Systems, including handling deviations, change control, OOS, and OTT.
  • Conduct validation, qualification, and IPQA activities.
  • Manage Market Complaints and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Qualifications:
  • B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy.
• Experience:
  • 1-8 years in QA, with experience in regulatory approved pharmaceutical companies.

4. Microbiology – Analyst

• Role:
  • Perform microbial identification, media preparation, growth promotion tests.
  • Calibrate and qualify microbiology equipment.
• Qualifications:
  • MSc in Microbiology.
• Experience:
  • 1-8 years in pharmaceutical microbiology, with experience in a regulated environment.

• Photocopies of all relevant qualification certificates and mark sheets.
• Current company’s complete appointment letter, last increment letter, and last three months’ payslips.
• PAN card and Aadhar card.
• Three passport size photographs.
