Job Description
Join our dynamic team with the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate and dispense medications to patients, working in collaboration with physicians.
- Review and recommend alternative pharmaco-therapeutic plans based on patient reactions.
- Educate patients on proper medication usage and monitor for health problems.
- Provide real-time input on medications, review interactions, assist with discharge planning, and coordinate insurance clearance.
- Review chemotherapy protocols and ensure accuracy of signed chemotherapy orders.
- Actively participate in clinical research, pharmaco-vigilance, pharmaco-economics, community services, and academic activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical scientists, and subject matter experts to prepare regulatory documents and scientific journals.
