Key Responsibilities

As an HCC Coder at CareForge Solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and analyzing medical records to ensure accurate HCC coding.
• Assigning appropriate HCC codes to patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HCC coding to support optimal reimbursement.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and other team members to clarify diagnoses and procedures.
• Staying updated with coding guidelines and regulatory changes to maintain high coding accuracy.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Certified Coders: CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification.
• Non-Certified Coders: Demonstrated expertise in HCC coding with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines and medical terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
