- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Experience Required: 17-22 years in Quality Control
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Manager/ Sr. Manager, your role will involve:
- Implement and monitor GLP/GDP/Data Integrity ALCOA+ Practices in order to comply with industry standards.
- Operate and Calibrate Equipment: Oversee the operation and calibration of various wet chemistry techniques such as IR, UV, pH, KF and Polarimeter devices.
HPLC Expertise: - Overseeing sample analysis, method validation, calibration, and troubleshooting of HPLC systems.
- Guideline Knowledge: Utilizing knowledge of ICH guidelines and other regulations to maintain compliance and enhance laboratory operations.
- Documentation: Ensuring all activities are well-documented, in keeping with company policies and objectives.
- GMP/GLP Knowledge: Gaining an in-depth understanding of GMP/GLP requirements to meet quality control standards at their highest standards. Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:
- AStrong knowledge and experience with GLP/GMP guidelines and data integrity principles.
- Experience with HPLC and other analytical tools including validation and calibration procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH guidelines with ability to implement them successfully.
- Experience in managing Formulation/Oral Solid Dosage projects within a regulated environment.
