Job Overview
The Global Trial Management roles at Bristol Myers Squibb offer a unique opportunity to work with top subject matter experts (SMEs) in various areas such as global clinical trials, clinical operations, clinical project management, real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), Phase 4, and Late Phase studies. The role includes a hybrid work model with 2-3 days onsite in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global clinical trials and operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee clinical project management activities.
- Contribute to real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives.
- Lead Phase 4 and Late Phase studies, driving insights and outcomes in these critical areas.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6 to 15 years of experience in global clinical trial operations, clinical project management, RWE/HEOR, Phase 4/Late Phase studies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
