Available Position: Deputy Manager – OP Pharmacy

This role is based at Mazumder Shaw Medical Centre, Narayana Health City, Bengaluru. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Pharmacy, ensuring adherence to medical standards, and managing pharmacy staff and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OP Pharmacy operations and team
• Maintain inventory and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with NABH and internal quality standards
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and procurement departments
• Train pharmacy staff on SOPs and new regulations

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years in hospital or healthcare-based pharmacy operations
