Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle dry syrup manufacturing & packing.
2. Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including CCF, deviation, BMR/BPR review, and SOP preparation. Allocate manpower for filling and packing as required.
3. Check temperature, humidity, and air pressure before starting filling and sealing. Obtain filling and packing line clearance from QA.
4. Verify batch coding of labels as per BPR and seek approval from QA.
5. Inspect labeled bottles, measuring cups, cartons, inserts, 3ply duplex boxes, quantity in duplex and shipper boxes, arrangement of pack bottles in shipper box, and gross weight of pack box at regular intervals.
6. Maintain online document work, such as daily temperature and humidity logs, balance calibration, and equipment log books.
7. Send finish product samples and control sample test requests to the QA department for sample collection.
8. Maintain the department at all times as per cGMP standards to prevent cross-contamination and mix-up. Be audit-ready at any time for internal and external audits.
9. Follow SOPs applicable to the processes of filling, capping, induction sealing, labeling, and packing.
10. Affix status labels on the area and equipment during the process with the name of the product, batch number, and stage.
11. Reconcile products after completion of packing, count rejected labels, measuring cups, cartons, inserts, record in BPR, and destroy in the presence of QA. Return excess material to the store with a material return slip.
