About the Role

Production Department

As a Trainee in the Production department, you will:

• Learn about pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Quality Assurance (QA)

In the QA department, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and review of quality documents.
• Conducting in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Supporting the team in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Quality Control (QC)

As a QC trainee, you will:

• Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Document and report results in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Learn the operation of analytical instruments like HPLC and GC.
