Current Job Openings – Quality Assurance Department (Market Compliance)

Aurobindo Pharma is actively looking for professionals in the Market Compliance team for the Quality Assurance department. The details of the openings are as follows:

1. Designation:

• Senior Executive

• Assistant Manager

2. Department:

• Quality Assurance – Market Compliance

3. Educational Qualification:

• B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc in relevant disciplines.

4. Work Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of relevant industry experience in QA (Market Compliance).

Job Responsibilities

Candidates applying for these roles are expected to handle the following responsibilities:

• Audit Coordination: Preparing and coordinating with internal teams for regulatory and customer audits.

• CAPA Handling: Review and implementation of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) based on audit findings or deviations.

• PQR Management: Understanding and compiling Product Quality Review (PQR) documentation and analysis.

• Data Review & Approval:

  • Review and approval of Critical Process Parameters (CPP) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA) data.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance for assigned products and processes.

• Liaison with Regulatory Bodies: Efficient communication with QA and RA teams to handle queries and document submissions.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and QA documentation practices.

• Experience in dealing with audits (USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP).

• Well-versed in PQR documentation, CAPA lifecycle, and market complaint handling.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for quality-driven tasks.
