Job Title: Production – Officer
Experience: 2-5 years
Qualification: BSc./MSc. Chemistry
Location: Ranoli, Vadodara, India

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control – Officer to Executive

1. Sample Analysis: Perform sampling and analysis of incoming raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
2. Testing: Conduct analysis and testing of RM, PM, finished goods (FG), actives, and intermediates using analytical instruments and techniques.
3. Instrument Calibration: Calibrate and verify analytical instruments and balances.
4. Documentation: Prepare testing specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Knowledge Requirements: Familiarity with melting point, Karl Fischer, bulk density, pH meter, HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.

Production – Officer

1. GMP Procedures: Ensure sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures and documentation including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), deviations, change control, and cleaning validations.
2. Machinery Operation: Operate and handle plant machinery such as stainless steel (SS) and glass-lined (GL) reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and vacuum systems.
3. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for all production processes.
