    Job Description:

    Role: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Position Title: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
    • Company Name: Aragen

    • Educational Background Required: MSc (Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry)
    • Experience: 2-6 years in Synthesis R&D

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Executing chemical reactions to synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications using efficient routes and techniques.
    • Setting up and executing reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds.
    • Ensuring safety at work through the enforcement of good laboratory practices.
    • Maintaining records, data integrity, and IP specifications.
    • Purification of compounds and interpretation by analytical techniques such as NMR, LCMS.
    • Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebook.
