About the Job

Our Team: Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal resource organization based in India, dedicated to centralizing processes and activities supporting various functions within Sanofi, including Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​. We aim to be a strategic partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations​ globally.

Position: Analyst – Data Management

Department: Clinical Data Management

Education: B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc, BSc, Pharm D or any Bachelor’s degree

Main Responsibilities:

The Analyst – Data Management will play a crucial role in leveraging analytics and technology to support decision-making processes across Sanofi’s commercialization process. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering support for planning and decision-making across multiple functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, product development, and commercial.
• Ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of analytics and dashboard requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Maintaining dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and data consistency.
• Proactively identifying analytical requirements and developing SOPs for dashboards and other analytical needs.
• Providing training on analytical tools and usage.
• Building advanced tools, automating processes, and improving analytical capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. –
• 2+ years of experience in US pharmaceutical commercial and omni-channel data, data governance, and data stewardship.
• Strong knowledge of common databases such as IQVIA, DHC, DDD, Xponent, One Key, Symphony, APLD, SFMC, Omnichannel, Sales Engagement, and execution data.
• Experience in customer data management, HCP/HCP Affiliation, Pharma MDMs, and pharmaceutical sales operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
• Advanced degree in Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business Analytics or related field (e.g., PhD/MBA/Masters) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
