Job Description

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end sourcing and supply management process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating with API vendors and internal teams (Analytical, Formulation, Regulatory, QA/QC) to resolve technical concerns.
• Reviewing API drug master files for compliance with current US FDA expectations.
• Managing technical documents and addressing concerns raised by regulatory agencies for ANDA submissions.
• Collaborating with packaging material and excipient vendors to address technical issues.
• Tracking raw material shipments and updating internal teams on project progress.
• Leading teleconferences with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitoring regulatory guidelines and market dynamics in the US generics industry.
• Preparing and managing change controls related to raw material processes and specifications.
