📱 Get More DetailsAmgen is looking for an Associate IS professional to join its collaborative team in Hyderabad. This role involves working with cutting-edge safety platforms and supporting technologies to ensure smooth data processing and system performance. As an Associate IS, you will focus on troubleshooting, analyzing, and improving data flow related to adverse event case transmissions across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve daily data processing issues related to file transmissions.
- Identify and troubleshoot system and data reconciliation issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Maintain records of recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
- Develop and refine dashboards and reports to track system performance.
- Perform quality assurance testing, regression testing, and automation for system updates.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP).
- Document and implement solutions to improve process reliability and system efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Information Systems (0-3 years of experience) OR
- Diploma with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and QA tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database programming.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and regulatory compliance testing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of API integrations (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- SAFe for Teams certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Schedule & Shift Details
This role requires working in later shifts and may involve second or third shift schedules based on business needs. Candidates must be willing to adjust their schedules accordingly.
