Key Responsibilities

Representatives:

  • Promote and sell Alembic Pharmaceuticals’ products to healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and ensure proper product knowledge among clients.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Field Managers:

  • Oversee the performance of the sales team in designated regions.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
  • Provide training and support to Representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • For Representatives:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
    • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • For Field Managers:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
