Job Description

Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements Record and compile audit and test results and prepare graphs, charts and reports Assist in development of audit plans and audit schedules Participate in quality audits (and lead a team of quality auditors, if/when needed) Identify processes, situations, etc., where team is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement Assist manager in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed Assist with follow-up audits, as required May be required to develop internal auditing/testing parameters Be able to assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and preventative action for process and product related non-conformances Assist with quality training of production personnel Identify areas requiring training and ensure gaps are completely filled within given time frame.

Required Skills:

• Good Communication Skills
• Minimum 1+ year experience in HCC medical coding
• Good understanding of medical terminology
• Flexibility with shift timings

• Experience Writing Detailed Action Plans
• Ability To Organize And Conduct Audits And Meetings
• Strong Language Skills, Both Written And Verbal
