Job Description:
As the Pharmacovigilance Manager at Adaptis Pharma, you will lead our pharmacovigilance team, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and safety in drug monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating PV planning, resource management, and project execution.
- Managing timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with both local and global guidelines.
- Organizing and maintaining a highly compliant pharmacovigilance system.
- Conducting internal and external PV audits and inspections.
- Monitoring PV system performance and partner/client compliance.
- Serving as the primary contact for safety-related aspects of pharmacovigilance, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Education: M. Pharm, MBBS, or MD.
- Experience: 8-12 years of proven success in pharmacovigilance activities, especially in regulated markets.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of national and international pharmacovigilance legislation and guidelines.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in managing outsourced vendor activities within a regulated field.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
