Required Education:
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields)
Experience Required:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or packaging operations
Industry: Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the hormone facility.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) with data integrity compliance.
- Meet monthly and yearly production targets efficiently.
- Perform alarm identification and management as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Equipment Handling & Process Monitoring
- Operate and monitor PLC/SCADA systems to ensure accurate process parameters as per Batch Production Records (BPRs).
- Handle packaging machines in compliance with SOPs and ensure minimal downtime.
- Identify technical issues and support the engineering team in troubleshooting.
- Maintain secondary packing machine spare parts and essential inventory items.
Quality Control & Safety Compliance
- Conduct in-process checks at different stages of production.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to resolve discrepancies.
- Follow Abbott’s safety policies, including incident reporting and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives.
- Maintain and update logbooks and training records as per company policies.
