Main Purpose of Role: As a Clinical Data Coordinator II, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of clinical data in the database. This includes entering, reviewing, verifying, modifying, and organizing incoming clinical data. You will identify potential issues affecting data quality, provide administrative support for clinical studies, and propose solutions for process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with clinical data, including reconciling images required by the study captured at the site level.
  • Process incoming clinical data forms accurately and according to departmental processes.
  • Support discrepancy management efforts by preparing data clarification forms.
  • Identify and discuss problems in clinical data coordination and propose solutions.
  • Maintain the integrity of information stored in the clinical database through critical review and identification of discrepancies.
  • Provide support to the clinical evaluation department for on-site monitoring visits.
  • Stay updated on developments in the field of clinical data coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Data Coordinator or in a related clinical research environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Clinical Practices (GCP) regulations.
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and ability to meet deadlines.
