A pharma R&D Packaging Team is a specialized group within the pharmaceutical industry that is responsible for researching, developing, and testing new packaging solutions for drugs and medications. They work to ensure that the packaging is safe, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulatory guidelines. The team may also work to design packaging that is user-friendly and makes it easy for patients to take their medication as prescribed. This can include child-resistant packaging, blister packs, and other specialized packaging designed to improve medication adherence. Additionally, they work to enhance the packaging design and material to improve the shelf life and safety of the drugs during transportation and storage.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Graduate with a professional Degree/Diploma in Packaging from IIP or any other reputable Institute
Candidate with 5-8 years of experience in handling Pharma Packaging Materials for Semi- regulated/ regulated markets.
Should have experience in solving commercial issues and can work independently.
Good understanding of primary and secondary packaging material for different dosage forms including Solid orals, Liquid oral, Ophthalmic and Injectable.
Should have good knowledge about the regulatory requirement of different markets.
Support to Change Parts Development and Coordination for Machine Trial.
Support to the Purchase team for alternate vendor development.
