Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning & execution of downstream processing of plasma products.
- Running various chromatography steps and UF/DF for protein purification.
- Executing pilot scale batches to generate products for stability studies.
- Responsible for the preparation of documentation like R & D BMR, TTD, and other reports.
- Record keeping of raw data related to R & D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale.
- Responsible for the implementation of new strategies for improving an existing product.
- Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing.

EXECUTIVE- QUALITY CONTROL
Purpose of Job; Executive- Quality Control (IPQC)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for IPQC testing for Albumin and IVIG testing on routine batches.
- Preparation of DRS, Log book entry and related documentation to be make online.
- Support to prepare Albumin and IVIG drug substance and Drug product testing and its release with all documents
- Handling of QC instrument as HPLC/GC for routine sample and other instrumentation maintenance.
- Preparation of STP/SOP/DRS for QC documentation on routine basis.
- Responsible for IPQC, DS, DP and stability sample testing on routine batches.
- Involved in Analytical method validation
- Handle the instrument and Equipment for routine use as well as calibration and qualification
Qualification Required; M.Sc (Biochemistry/ Biotechnology)/ B. Tech (Biotechnology)

- Execution of Batches in shift operation.

- Coordination with other department VIZ. engineering, QA, QC and R&D for smoothly execution of Technical Documents.
- Coordination with QA for timely issuance, completion, filling of BPCR and other GMP documents.
- Preparation of Performance Verification and PQ and commissioning protocol Understanding & execution of work in line with cGMP.
- Preparation of SOP, BPCR and other Technical Documents.
- Handling of QMS Documents, Handling of DMS.
