Genpact, a leading global professional services firm, seeks qualified candidates with BSc/BPharma/MPharma/BPT/BVSc degrees to join their Process Developers for Pet Claims team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding and comprehending a good customer service attitude to articulate the resolution clearly.
• Responsible for handling varied volumes of workloads and reaching targets and deadlines on a timely basis
• Responsible for demonstrating and cultivating customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative and innovation.
• Responsible for demonstrating a high level of personal integrity and investigation/negotiation skills
• Responsible for demonstrating a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility
• Responsible for handling Property & Casualty related situations

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum Qualifications

• BSC/B-Pharma/M-Pharma/BPT/BVSc (Any Non–Tech Graduate)
• Relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of using Excel, MS Access Database
• Proficient in the English language- both written and verbal
• Insurance client experience preferred
• Medical Knowledge/Experience preferred
