Skills:- Able to perform and monitor sensitive reactions including Chiral chemistry by managing a small team of chemists.Good skills on analysing the data by LCMS, IH,13C-NMR, 2D NMR and problem solving.

Skills:- Should reasonably possess good verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge on reaction mechanism.
