Hetero, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently hiring freshers for its Clinical Development Medical Affairs Department in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have an M.Pharmacy degree with a specialization in Pharmacology or Pharmacovigilance. This is a great opportunity for those who have recently graduated in 2021 or 2022 to kickstart their career in the pharmaceutical industry.
As a member of the Clinical Development Medical Affairs team, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and medical affairs activities. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
Clinical Development focuses on developing the evidence base for a new drug or therapy, while Medical Affairs focuses on communicating that evidence to key stakeholders and supporting the product’s successful launch and ongoing use.
While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with some exposure to clinical development or medical affairs will have an advantage. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The candidate should also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
