Department – DMPK (In-vivo PK & Bioanalytical)
Position – Research Associate
Qualification – M.Pharm (Pharmacology/Pharmaceutical Analysis), M.Sc. (Biochemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 2-5 years’ experience
Expert in method development and valuation of small molecules and peptides using LC-MS/MS system.
Experience in handling various makes of LC-MS/MS systems like Sciex, Waters, Thermo, etc..
Well versed with various extraction techniques for bioanalysis of various biological matrices.
Good understanding of basic pharmacokinetic principles and their applied aspect to drug discovery.
Experience of rodent handling including surgical techniques, dosing and sampling.
Experience in conducting in-vivo Pharmacokinetic study & tissue distribution.
Well versed with software like WinNonlin for PK parameters estimation, Graph Pad Prism and MS office.
Position – Scientist
Department – DMPK (Regulated Bioanalytical)
Qualification – M. Pharm (Pharmacology/ Pharmaceutical Analysis) / M.Sc. (Biochemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 5-8 years’ experience or Ph.D. with 2-5 years’ experience
Proficient in method development and validation as per regulatory guidelines using LC-MS/MS system.
Expert in handling mass spectrometry of various makes such as Sciex, Waters, Thermo, etc. and performing bioanalysis of small molecules and peptides.
Good communication skill and work with cross functional teams including external vendors.
Review and write SOP’s, bioanalytical study plan and reports.
Basic understanding of pharmacokinetics and related statistics.
Experience of handling regulatory audit like USFDA, ANVISA, MHRA, etc. for bioanalytical work would be added advantage.

modelling software and tools. Proficiency with UNIX operating system, scripting and bioinformatics desired but not essential.
Fundamental understanding of organic chemistry, structural biology & key drug discovery processes.

Proficient in conducting in-vitro ADME experiments (metabolic stability, CYP inhibition, PPB, blood/plasma stability etc.) and interpretation of results.
Experience of handling various makes of LC-MS/MS systems to support bioanalysis of in vitro ADME sample.
Experience of writing and reviewing SOP’s, study protocols and reports of various assay and processes of DMPK.
Good understanding of ADME concepts and good communication skills.
Experience of handling software like MS office, Graph Pad Prism, etc.
Position – Scientist/Sr. Scientist
Department – DMPK (Transporters & mass spectrometry)
Educational Qualification – M. Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Analysis) / M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 6-8 years or Ph.D. with 2-5 years’ experience.
Proficient in conducting permeability and transporter experiments using CaCo2, MDCK cell line, PAMPA, HEK cells, etc.
Expertise in conducting in-vitro ADME assay like CYP induction, inhibition, TDI/MBI, etc.
Knowledge on DDI and regulatory guidance on conduct of transporter studies and hands-on experience of conducting such experiments.
Responsible for preparation of relevant SOP, protocols, reports, etc. to support various regulatory and non-regulatory submission.
Expertise in analysing and interpretation of transporter results using mass spectrometry techniques, triple quad and HRMS systems.
Basic understanding of various concepts of DMPK and good communication skills.
