Job Description

The Pharmacist positions are available in two programs within District Kaithal: UPHC Shakti Nagar (NUHM) with one post, and MMU (RTS) with three posts. As a Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:

Providing pharmacy services and dispensing medications to patients.
Ensuring adherence to proper drug storage and inventory management.
Maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for the Pharmacist position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

Completed 10+2 education with Science subjects (Physics & Chemistry).
Possess a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
Registered as a Pharmacist with the Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a) or 31 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as applicable to Haryana State.

Desirable Qualifications:

Proficiency in computer usage, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard.

The applicant must not be involved in any police case or anti-social activities.
The candidature is provisional, and if eligibility criteria or furnished information is found to be incorrect or false, the candidature/appointment/contract may be terminated immediately.
Candidates who completed their education from private or deemed universities must submit UGC-approved certificates for the university and course during the concerned year of passing.
If the candidate obtained their qualification through distance or regular mode, the university should be approved by the Distance Education Council or joint committee of DEC, UGC, and AICTE. The proof of approval should be provided by the applicant.
Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric Standard is required.
The selected candidates will not have any claim for regularization of services based on duties performed under this contract, as they have been engaged for a project financed by the Government of India with a specific tenure.
Private practice after duty hours or on holidays is not allowed for staff recruited under NHM.
The office will not be responsible for any postal delays.
