Aurigene Services Looking for COMPUTATIONAL CHEMISTRY-CADD Professionals
hiring for Computational Chemistry candidates, who has strong understanding and experience of the drug discovery process. Experience in both structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery and sound knowledge of commercial molecular modelling software, data visualization and pipelining tools.
Job Description
- Good at computational chemistry application towards drug discovery projects with planning and trouble-shooting experience, Experience in both structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery.
- Ability to work independently, and in close collaboration with discovery scientists as part of a team.
- Experience in computational chemistry methods and tools for drug discovery.
- Good knowledge in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Perl, Java and R).
- Experience in the creation of data workflows as well as data analysis and interpretation.
- Understanding the use of Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence in drug discovery would be preferred.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in computational/medicinal chemistry, bio / cheminformatics
Experience : 4 to 10 years’ experience
